Services and Fees
Most of the people I work with are carrying a deep sense that something is fundamentally wrong with them, even when life looks fine from the outside. They grew up with parents who were critical, anxious or simply not equipped to meet their emotional needs. Many are late-identified neurodivergent. The common thread is shame, self-criticism and the exhaustion of pretending to be fine for a very long time.
I work with childhood trauma, CPTSD, relational trauma, adult child of emotionally immature parents, childhood emotional neglect, shame, the inner critic, perfectionism, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, AuDHD, autistic burnout, family estrangement and identity difficulties.

Individual Therapy
£110 per 50 minute session weekly
(CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE FOR FORMER CLIENTS)
Individual online therapy gives you the time and space to explore what’s really going on without pressure to be anything other than yourself. It’s a place to be honest, to go beneath the surface, and to make sense of things on your terms.
My work is an integrative humanistic and relational-developmental approach. I don’t use CBT. I work at the root cause rather than the surface symptoms. The goal isn’t better coping strategies, it’s real and lasting change.
All sessions are held online via Zoom. I work with adults across the UK.
Ready to book? Send me an email, I’d be happy to talk through whether I’m the right therapist for you or book online.
EMDR Therapy
£110 per 50 minute session weekly
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a gold-standard, evidence-based therapy for trauma. It works by helping the brain process traumatic memories that have become stuck, reducing their emotional charge so you can move forward.
It’s particularly effective for childhood trauma, CPTSD, and the kind of relational trauma that comes from growing up in an emotionally difficult environment. Unlike talking therapy alone, EMDR works at the level where trauma is actually held, in the nervous system and the body.
You don’t need a formal trauma diagnosis to benefit from EMDR. If you carry experiences from your past that still affect how you feel today, it may be a useful part of our work together.
Find out more about how EMDR works and what to expect, or book online.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
Supervision for Therapists
£80 per hour/£120 for 90 minutes
I offer online clinical supervision for qualified therapists in private practice. Find out more about my approach, fees and availability on my supervision page.

Adult Child of Emotionally Immature Parents
Growing up with emotionally immature parents doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside. If you spent your childhood managing their feelings, earning their approval, or shrinking yourself to keep the peace, you’ll know it can be traumatic.
Therapy is a space to grieve what you didn’t get, understand the patterns it left you with, and start living for yourself instead.

CPTSD
CPTSD isn’t always about one big event. Often it’s the result of years of subtle, sustained experiences that left you with a bone-deep sense that who you are isn’t quite enough.
Therapy gives you the space to finally make sense of that – and to start believing something different.

EMDR
Sometimes talking about something isn’t enough. If you’ve spent years in therapy going over the same experiences and still feel them as viscerally as ever, that’s not a failure. It’s a sign the trauma is held somewhere talking can’t reach.
EMDR works differently. It helps your brain process what got stuck, so the past finally starts to feel like the past.
