Too Much, Apparently

Podcast

A podcast for people who’ve spent their whole lives being told they’re too much.

Too Much Apparently podcast for neurodivergent and highly sensitive people

If you’ve ever been told you’re too sensitive, too intense, too emotional, too honest, too needy – this is for you.

Too Much, Apparently is a weekly podcast hosted by me and fellow therapist Carly Radford. We’re two therapists who carry a lot of what we talk about. We’ve been too good at pretending to be fine, too smart to understand why we were still struggling, too aware to be happy, and too hard on ourselves to enjoy anything.

Each week we talk honestly about the things that don’t usually get said out loud – the exhaustion of masking, the noise inside your head that won’t stop, why being too nice is costing you, what late diagnosis actually feels like, why self-awareness alone doesn’t fix anything, and what it means to be too scared to be seen. We do it without pretending we’ve got it all figured out, because we haven’t.

The podcast is a good way to get to know me before we speak. You’ll hear how I think, what I care about and whether I’m the kind of therapist you want to sit across from. You can find out more about working with me here.
